Job summary

NS Pharma in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Manager, Clinical Research to execute global clinical studies with adherence to FDA, ICH, local regulatory requirements and NS Pharma SOPs.

This hybrid role requires travel to the Paramus office at least twice a week and involves planning, vendor oversight, site initiation, monitoring and data review.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in sciences and 3–5 years of pharma/biotech drug development experience, plus global trial exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in sciences (highly preferred) or related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceuticals/biotech experience.
• 3–5 years of drug development experience in pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage regional or global clinical studies.
• Oversee assigned study vendors (e.g. central labs).
• Coordinate site selection and initiation activities.
• Attend site visits including pre-study assessments and co-monitoring.
• Track enrollment, deviations, risks, and data resolution.
• Support study documentation and TMF management.
• Travel 15–25% monthly as required.
