Job summary

NS Pharma, Inc. in Paramus, NJ is seeking an individual contributor for a hybrid role supporting global clinical studies with regulatory compliance. Travel to the Paramus office is required at least twice weekly.

The role involves planning, site management, vendor oversight, and TMF management within a cross-functional team and global partners. A science background with 3–5 years in pharma/biotech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of clinical operations including regulatory documents and start-up/close-out processes.
• Ability to coordinate with global teams including Headquarters in Japan to achieve study objectives.
• Experience supporting development and management of study operational plans from start-up to close-out.
• Experience working in multi-cultural, global teams and with external partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation and management of assigned regional/global clinical studies.
• Facilitate CRO/vendor selection and oversee study vendors.
• Monitor sites and perform site visits including initiation and co-monitoring.
• Track enrollment, data quality, and study metrics; report findings.
• Support study documentation development (protocol, ICF, CRF, manuals).
• Ensure site compliance with SOPs, FDA/ICH requirements, and protocol.
