Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Project Director to coordinate and oversee operational project teams and ensure client satisfaction within Global Clinical Operations. The role involves budget oversight, content and costing reviews, and continuous process improvement across global trials.

The PD will act as the primary client liaison on delivery and service capabilities, drive performance, and support recruitment and growth within the group. Office-based or remote depending on location with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or business (minimum).
• Master’s degree or greater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project and be responsible for the overall quality and management of clinical trial projects and programs, including budget oversight and proposal costing.
• Serve as the key contact for assigned clients on scope delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the project team and support recruitment and interviewing of new employees.
