Job summary

Alira Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead clinical studies, coordinating with sponsors and vendors to ensure projects stay on scope, budget and schedule. The PM will oversee study functions (IWRS/IXRS, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance) and supervise the Clinical team to maintain high-quality deliverables.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO with leadership experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO with at least 1 year in management.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical research studies to ensure alignment with scope, budget, ICH GCP and FDA regulations.
• Serves as study lead and primary sponsor contact.
• Oversees study functions including IWRS/IXRS, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance and central laboratory.
• Generates and presents frequent study status updates to sponsor.
• Supervises Clinical team members and trains Associate PMs.
