Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; life sciences education preferred.
• Experience in clinical research is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Veeva is highly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Directors and Global Project Managers with study preparations, maintenance, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate study meetings, including booking conference rooms, managing visitor logistics, and preparing agendas.
• Create and edit documents and presentations, ensuring high-quality meeting minutes are generated.
• Monitor and maintain tracking tools and clinical systems used for project management.
• Support tracking of action items and facilitate internal team follow-ups.
• Serve as account backup for assigned accounts.
