Job summary

LivaNova PLC seeks a Sr. Clinical Program Manager to provide global clinical project management across multiple studies and teams.

You will drive study direction, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with Regulatory, Marketing, R&D and Medical Affairs to ensure high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in medical device clinical program management, exceptional communication, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years clinical project/program management experience in a medical device environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic plans to prioritized objectives across programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Troubleshoot and manage multiple meetings under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, multicultural business environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical project management direction and prioritize activities to meet study goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across clinical operations, data management, and regulatory.
• Ensure studies adhere to ethical, regulatory and GCP standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; manage outsourcing and budgets.
• Deliver program updates to stakeholders and develop dashboards for major initiatives.
• Mentor staff in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Development to integrate clinical insights into strategy.
