Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. seeks a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead and manage global clinical study projects from startup through data reporting. You will liaison with clinical sites, CROs, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, milestone tracking, and ensuring data integrity for study summaries and publications. Regulatory experience and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in medical device clinical research or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating with clinical professionals in a cross-functional product development setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of all phases of global clinical studies.
• Manage program budgets and project planning.
• Oversee planning and execution to meet milestones within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, CROs and external partners.
• Ensure audit readiness and data integrity for study reports.
