Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Study Manager for cardiovascular projects. You will lead clinical research studies and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. Responsibilities include managing timelines, preparing reports, and liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent.
• CRO experience and strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Direct therapeutic area expertise.
• Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Act as a liaison between the Company and the Customer.
• Lead project teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget management.
• Prepare project management reports for clients and management.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for study goals.
