Oak Hill Bio Ltd is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of pivotal registrational trials. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires extensive experience in clinical operations and project leadership.
• Experience leading global Phase 2/3 trials and outsourcing models.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulations, and study management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and close-out of clinical trials.
• Provide operational input into study documents and protocols.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Oversee CROs/vendors, budgets, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop site activation strategies and manage investigator relationships.
• Maintain study-level metrics, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional study teams and escalate issues as needed.
