Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in the United States seeks an Executive Director to lead the Global Clinical Operations Study Management Group Head.

This role provides strategic oversight across therapeutic areas and ensures trials are delivered to time, quality, and cost, with strong governance and standardization. The executive will partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, manage a team, and collaborate with CROs, R&D functions, and portfolio teams to accelerate clinical

Formación

Bachelor's Degree required.
15+ years industry or related experience required.
Extensive early/late stage drug development experience ideal.
Global line management experience and staff development.
Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic global leadership for clinical operations staff.
Partner with VP to develop functional discipline and standards.
Ensure delivery of operational components of global programs, including CRO/ARO engagement.
Maintain high visibility of operational topics among leadership and stakeholders.
Lead up to 10 employees and drive capability building and performance management.
Oversee resource management and budget planning within portfolio.
