Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; Life Sciences preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/ CRO, including 9+ years clinical study management.
• Experience in multiple therapeutic areas and line management advantageous.
• Expertise in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research (e.g., US CFR, EU CTD, ICH GCP).
• Excellent leadership, project/program management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).
• Able to influence without authority and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the execution of multiple clinical programs within a TAU.
• Provide Clinical Operations leadership under the Senior Director.
• Accountable for program execution, quality, budget and timelines.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, budgets, contracts and performance.
• Ensure inspection readiness and support for inspections.
• Collaborate with Senior Director to allocate resources.
• Demonstrate Takeda leadership behaviors and act as a role model.
• Represent Clinical Operations in governance and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support due diligence in business development activities.
• Able to assist in role of Senior Director as required.
