Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Lead to guide multi-country clinical teams, coordinate site management and monitoring, and drive on-time deliverables for global trials.

You will develop the clinical monitoring plan, recruitment strategy, team training, and data quality assurance while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. The role offers leadership across regions and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country clinical trials with tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical project team activities across regions.
• Identify sites, manage monitoring and data quality, and ensure timelines.
• Lead CMP and MVR development, coordinate with vendors and sponsors.
• Ensure training and compliance with study protocols and regulations.
