Qualifications

• MD or DO with rheumatology, nephrology, immunology or dermatology background.
• 3-6 years in pharma or translational clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of clinical medicine and science management to meet business outcomes.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing and motivating teams; personnel management is a plus.
• Understanding of drug development principles, clinical trial implementation and regulatory filings.
• Willingness to travel 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Designs and oversees clinical research programs and protocols for OPDC products.
• Consults with patients, clinicians and regulatory/scientific leaders to optimize trial objectives and designs.
• Authors program strategies (GDCP) and oversees trials essential for evaluating safety, efficacy and value.
• Interprets and communicates results of Phase I–IV investigations for NDA submissions.
• Provides strategic oversight of vendor and CRO relationships and governance.
• Supports regulatory filing activities and provides clear, convincing written communications.
• Travel to sites and meetings to support global development.
