Job summary

Spectrum Staffing, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Data Manager to oversee complex clinical data management initiatives across multiple studies and global teams. This remote, six-month assignment enables you to lead cross-functional programs, guide data strategies, and contribute to regulatory submissions.

You will align data collection with CDISC SDTM, mentor colleagues, and build relationships across functions in a matrixed environment while working independently in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience leading complex studies or programs.
• Strong understanding of clinical data collection strategies and CDISC SDTM.
• Familiarity with health authority submission support and documentation.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinical studies and data management workstreams across international teams.
• Define program objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Act as primary contact for health authority submission activities and regulatory meetings when needed.
• Shape data collection approaches in line with CDISC SDTM and industry standards.
• Design and deliver operational and therapeutic-area training for internal and external teams.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance across related functions and processes.
• Mentor colleagues and represent data management leadership in a matrixed environment.
