Job summary

Origami Risk in the United States is seeking a Manager, Client Support to lead a global team of analysts and engineers delivering frontline and advanced support to Origami clients. The role ensures timely resolution of inquiries while fostering accountability and technical excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in client-facing technical support in SaaS/tech.
• 2+ years of people leadership for frontline/advanced teams.
• Experience with SaaS support environments and case management systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Client Support team across Level 1/2.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Manage escalation, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Champion client needs and maintain knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve service.
• Ensure security/privacy and regulatory compliance.
