This is a full-time position with HQ in Budapest, and the role is designed for remote collaboration across global enterprise clients. Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in multilingual communications, translation and localization.
• Understanding of translation workflows, quality processes, technology and solutions.
• Ability to manage customer relationships successfully.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to research, analyse and prioritise opportunities with clients.
• Innovative, creative thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Empathy and ability to anticipate client needs.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English required; German or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and excellent client services to espell’s global enterprise clients to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Efficiently and professionally resolve complex client issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow new business from existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to build business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
