Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will handle money movements, account inquiries, and help maintain client relationships with a client-first mindset.

In this role you will perform administrative duties, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with marketing efforts while staying compliant with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• A willingness to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7/66 or Series 63/65) as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including client relationship support.
• Execute money movement transactions and relay account information.
• Enter profile information and prepare account documentation as needed.
• Educate clients on digital tools and assist with marketing efforts.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls; manage calendars and travel logistics.
• Prepare expense reports and support in-office functions.
