Experience delivering end-to-end multi-workstream implementations.
Ability to translate APIs and tech concepts into client-ready solutions.
Strong risk and controls mindset with audit-ready governance experience.
Effective communication with senior leadership on status and strategy.
Experience designing scalable onboarding playbooks and APIs.

Responsibilities

Deliver client product and channel implementation projects from inception to closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet client requirements.
Define and execute project management plans.
Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities and monitor progress.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Provide SME support throughout the lifecycle and coordinate with experts.
Develop procedures to mitigate risk and improve operations.
Report performance trends to senior leaders.
Support onboarding playbooks and standardized frameworks.
Drive improvements in client service and implementation efficiency.
