Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an analytically minded professional to support the day-to-day activities of the team's Regional Directors and Senior Associates.

You will prepare presentation materials for meetings with insurance clients and prospects, compile performance data and portfolio commentary, and coordinate responses to client inquiries while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with operations, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Interest in Financial Services industry.
• 1+ years of work experience in Financial Services or similar field preferred.
• Asset Management experience a plus.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attainment within the first 8 weeks of hire as a condition of employment).

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day activities of the team's Regional Directors and Senior Associates.
• Prepare presentation materials to be used in meetings with insurance clients and prospects.
• Compile performance data, portfolio commentary and analytical material in preparation for meetings or in response to client inquiries.
• Provide quality control for the data included in client reports and requests.
• Facilitate the completion of due diligence requests and client questionnaires.
• Help maintain CRM database.
• Build marketing lists for luncheons, investment forums and conferences.
• Communicate daily with internal groups, including operations, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance and marketing.
