Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Control, Treasury Finance, Markets Finance or Financial Control.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Treasuries, repo, reverse repo, securities financing or interest rate products.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own daily Profit & Loss and month-end close processes for the Clearing Desk.
• Analyze drivers of P&L and provide attribution and commentary to desk heads and senior finance management.
• Compile and distribute Management Information Systems with monthly financials and ad-hoc requests.
• Partner with Front Office, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Technology to resolve control, reporting and P&L issues.
• Build partnerships with the Clearing Desk to understand business strategy and financial impacts.
• Ensure adherence to product controller standards through robust controls and reconciliations.
