Job summary

North American Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects, delivering safe, on-schedule, and on-budget outcomes. The role spans road construction, site grading, utilities, mine infrastructure, and more, with opportunities across Canada, the USA, or Australia.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in construction or project management, with civil project experience.
• Experience in estimating, financial management, contract negotiation, and change management.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, scheduling, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety leadership and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Plan, organize, and direct all project phases from proposal to closeout.
• Manage project financials, including estimating, forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop superintendents and supervisory staff; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and report performance to senior leadership.
