Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional security management certification (CISSP, CISM) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a global enterprise information security program to protect IP, data, and assets.
• Lead the information security organization, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Assess, report, and mitigate information security risks to executives and the board.
• Design protective measures for proprietary designs and sensitive information in a semiconductor context.
• Align cybersecurity policies with enterprise risk management and business policies.
• Oversee incident management, crisis response, and business continuity planning.
