Southco Inc. is seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement to drive CI results across our Americas region.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role; you won't manage direct reports but will lead CI direction and standardization across facilities and partner globally with EMEA and APAC teams. You’ll work across manufacturing and office processes—from shop floor to Customer Service, HR, Engineering, Sales, and Finance—facilitating kaizen events and coaching teams through structured problem

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Onsite work at Concordville HQ 4 days per week; up to 20% travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Lead CI execution across the Americas and drive measurable results.
• Coach site CI teams and align with global EMEA/APAC CI efforts.
• Facilitate kaizen events and structured problem solving; connect CI to financial results.
• Build CI standards, tools, and reporting; train teams on Lean tools.
• Explore AI/digital tools to strengthen CI.
