Job summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer at Dalio Family Office will serve as a strategic partner to the family and senior leadership across Westport, New York, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, shaping HR strategy and the employee lifecycle. The CHRO will lead workforce planning, talent management, engagement, diversity and compliance while driving HR technology and analytics to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management (required).
• Master's degree in HR management or SPHR/HRIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement HR strategy across multiple regions (US, UAE, Singapore).
• Lead workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop HR policies, compliance programs and risk management.
• Oversee HR technology strategy and analytics to inform decisions.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning.
• Manage global HR operations and international assignments.
