Job summary

Lonza is seeking a strategic leader to drive global Operational Excellence and transformation across its CGT network. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, and digital initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and productivity across multiple manufacturing sites, while building training programs and cross-functional partnerships.

The role requires a strong background in regulated manufacturing, global program delivery, and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in regulated manufacturing (biopharmaceuticals/cell & gene therapy).
• Proven track record delivering global transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global CGT transformation strategy, governance, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead Operational Excellence, Digitalization, Training, and Productivity initiatives across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and reliability using Lean & Six Sigma.
