Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States, with good standing and ability to become Wisconsin State bar member.
• Minimum of 12 years’ related experience and 5 years of management experience.
• Strong integrity, judgment, analytic skills, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global integrated compliance function aligned to enterprise risk priorities.
• Oversee sanctions and export-controls compliance.
• Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure cyber-related legal compliance and oversee incident response.
• Lead the global data privacy function and AI governance.
• Responsible for records retention schedules, legal holds, and information governance policies with IT/business units.
• Oversee legal operations, including technology implementations, outside counsel management, matter management/e-billing, and budgeting.
• Drive process improvement and efficiency across legal and compliance.
