Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Product Stewardship, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in product stewardship, chemistry, materials science, or environmental regulatory compliance within a global regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of global chemical compliance requirements and environmental product regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global SME for chemical compliance including EU REACH, US TSCA, RoHS, and other regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product strategies and lifecycle management.
• Lead governance, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate chemical compliance risks.
• Develop policies, standards, and data strategies; drive program improvements and stakeholder alignment.
