Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Change Control Engineer to implement and optimize change control systems across fabs worldwide. You will serve as SME, coordinating with frontend fabs and central teams to align processes and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and project-management skills, plus a background in semiconductor manufacturing and MES. Travel to multiple sites and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of MES and manufacturing systems.
• Proven data analysis, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align global change management processes and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate SWAT activities and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Identify process gaps with SMEs and implement BKMs.
• Analyze data requests, track actions, and monitor timelines.
• Develop roadmaps for global system deployment with end-users and sites.
• Provide technical consulting to Fab teams and drive automation/AI initiatives.
