Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer for FE Central Quality Change Control to lead global Change Control initiatives across Micron fabs.

The role focuses on implementing and optimizing Change Control systems, coordinating with central teams to ensure global consistency, and driving process improvements with strong stakeholder collaboration. The candidate will act as SME, develop roadmaps, perform feasibility studies, and maintain relationships with GQ teams, OCT PEE/MAE, SMAI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, with process and systems exposure.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead global alignment of Change Control processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate SWAT activities and ensure scope meets global business needs.
• Work with SMEs to identify gaps and implement BKMs.
• Analyze data requests, track actions, and monitor timelines to achieve objectives.
• Develop a roadmap for global system development and deployment with stakeholders.
