Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Sr Engineer for FE Central QE Change Control. You will lead and drive Change Control systems, collaborate with global teams, and ensure alignment of processes acrossMicron fabs.

The role emphasizes program management, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates bring engineering training, 3+ years in semiconductor fabrication, strong MES knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Formación

• Bachelor/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication preferable with experience on systems and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES).
• Demonstrated data analysis, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support global alignment of processes and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with SMEs to identify process gaps and implement BKMs.
• Develop roadmaps and timelines for global system development and deployment.
• Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
