Job summary

Brandtech+ seeks a visionary Global Head of CGI to lead our world-class CGI/3D team. You will drive end-to-end CGI delivery, leveraging AI-driven workflows while shaping creative and technical direction across high-profile campaigns for global brands.

You will mentor a growing team, manage resources across multiple projects, collaborate with producers, and push the boundaries of CGI techniques and real-time rendering. Remote leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive CGI experience across data prep, lighting, compositing, texturing and animation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema4D + Octane and 3DsMax + Vray.
• Leadership experience with team growth, resource management, and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative and technical vision with the ability to set benchmarks for the team.
• Excellent client-facing skills to present, defend and sell ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CGI projects including AI-enhanced workflows.
• Set creative and technical direction for all CGI content, ensuring top quality.
• Mentor and develop a global team of 3D artists and team leads.
• Collaborate with Producers and team leads to align objectives and deliverables.
• Allocate resources across projects to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Ensure assets meet CGI techniques and AI innovations and best practices.
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Interface with clients to present progress and capture feedback.
• Maintain brand fidelity and visual consistency across projects.
