Job summary

Mars seeks a Chief Financial Officer for the M&M'S Ecosystem to act as the financial architect of a globally integrated brand experience spanning flagship stores, franchises, and digital platforms.

You will lead end-to-end financial delivery, shape growth strategy, and oversee procurement and P&L. Manage a diverse team and partner with executives to optimize capital investments and risk across countries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance in a global retail, CPG, or direct-to-consumer environment with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive presence and storytelling skills for senior executive audiences.
• Ability to influence and drive change in highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and senior level stakeholder management capabilities.
• BS/BA degree is required; MBA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the M&M'S Ecosystem GM and Leadership Team, using financial data to influence strategy.
• Drive long-range and annual planning, develop financial scenarios and investment frameworks.
• Own financial narrative with analysis and decision support for strategy and resource allocation.
• Oversee resource planning for a 600+ associate organization and provide financial leadership on commercial decisions.
• Lead procurement activities, drive cost efficiencies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
