Job summary
Ronald McDonald House Global seeks an inaugural Global Chief Financial & Administrative Officer to provide enterprise-wide financial leadership and oversee key administrative functions. The CFAO will report to the President & CEO and work with a global board, senior leadership, and partners to support growth and modernization across regions.
The role covers budgeting, investment oversight, financial planning, risk management, governance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide financial leadership and strategic partnership to the CEO and board.
- Oversee budget, investment portfolio, and long-term assets for global HQ.
- Lead multi-year budgeting and forecasting, improving planning rigor.
- Coordinate with philanthropy on restricted gifts and revenue planning.
- Oversee enterprise risk management, legal, governance, and compliance.
- Drive transformation across finance, admin ops, and people & culture.
- Base at Chicago HQ and collaborate with global chapters.
