Job summary

Industrious Labs, a remote‑friendly nonprofit in the United States, seeks a Senior Field Strategist for its cement initiative. The role centers on building diverse coalitions, expanding a Global Cement Network, and advancing equity and justice in decarbonization across regions.

You will lead field‑building efforts, collaborate with labor, environmental justice groups, policymakers, and international partners, and travel to engage diverse stakeholders in a mission‑driven climate movement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of increasing responsibility in coalition development and field building.
• Experience creating a clear vision with attainable goals that build power centered on equity and justice.
• Experience developing a power analysis, community mapping, or landscape assessment.
• Experience assisting strategy development in coalition spaces with diverse people/perspectives.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a semi‑frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a Global Cement Network with a shared vision and capacity‑building strategy.
• Execute a comprehensive field‑building vision in key locations with partner alignment.
• Engage and build relationships with leaders and organizations to support cement campaign goals.
• Collaborate on advocacy plans for cement transformation in multiple regions.
• Develop a strategy to move regranting dollars to partners in a justice‑oriented manner.
• Design and implement trainings and opportunities for stakeholders to collaborate.
• Identify partners to accelerate action and leverage resources.
