Job summary

Roche is seeking an International Product Manager for PHCS, driving global commercialization of Tissue Diagnostics CDx in collaboration with pharmaceutical customers. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, develop strategy, and partner across regions to drive adoption and pipeline growth.

You bring 5+ years in Diagnostics/Healthcare product marketing, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to manage strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in product management or marketing in Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare fields.
• Commercial & strategic acumen with a track record of delivering across global organizations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to manage high-stakes partnerships.

Responsibilities

• External Pharmaceutical Partnering: lead for pharmaceutical partners; align CDx launch plans with drug timelines.
• Country & Regional Collaboration: work with regional stakeholders to drive CDx adoption and objectives.
• Commercial Strategy Leader: drive the strategy for IHC-based companion diagnostics.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: guide product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• PHCS Strategy Leadership: shape long-term PHCS strategies with leadership.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: drive growth projects across the organization.
