Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Global Category Manager for Indirect Procurement Facilities to lead category strategies across markets. You will advise partners, manage RFx processes, and drive cross-functional programs while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Strong experience in facilities/engineering spend and global procurement leadership is required, with a focus on ethics and compliance within a pharmaceutical context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in procurement OR master's with 6+ years and a track record in strategic procurement.
• Experience in global pharmaceutical or healthcare procurement and compliance awareness.
• Proven ability to build and lead procurement teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to business partners in vendor sourcing and negotiations.
• Lead projects across third‑party services, from transactional to complex RFx events.
• Develop programs to deliver short- and long-term objectives.
• Influence category strategies with global procurement teams.
• Define requirements, identify vendors, run RFx, and evaluate proposals.
