Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in procurement or supply chain with strategic procurement track record.
• Experience in a global pharmaceutical setting emphasizing compliance and ethics.
• Strong leadership to build procurement teams and empower others.
• Deep experience with Facilities and/or Engineering spend portfolios.
• Understanding of category management, contracting, and RFx processes.
• Influence skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Track record of driving performance in a complex global enterprise.
• Ability to influence strategically and solve problems with analytical thinking.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise business partners on vendor sourcing and negotiations with strategic approach.
• Lead projects from transactional to complex across third-party services.
• Develop programs to deliver short- and long-term objectives.
• Shape category strategies with the global procurement team.
• Define requirements with internal teams and guide vendor selection.
• Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Facilities, Finance for evaluations.
• Lead sourcing work plans, timelines, dependencies, and progress tracking.
• Coach teams in advanced commercial models and forecasting.
• Strengthen internal and external relationships to leverage best practices.
• Support development opportunities for indirect reports.
