Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, reporting, and controllership of worldwide operations working capital and free cash flow, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Author the free cash flow and working capital review documents presented to senior leadership and translate complex cash movements into narratives.
• Own cash capital expenditure forecasting for worldwide operations, partnering with regional finance, supply chain, and treasury teams.
• Drive automation and process improvement across forecasting and reporting framework, including science-based forecasting approaches.
• Identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes, and implement escalation plans.
