Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s WW Operations FP&A team seeks a Finance Manager to own the Working Capital and Free Cash Flow agenda for the Insights, Planning, Analytics and Technology group. This is a highly visible, senior individual contributor role supporting senior finance and operations leaders worldwide.

You will translate cash movements into narratives, drive forecast automation, and partner with regional finance, supply chain, and treasury teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to identify patterns supporting business strategy.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, reporting and controllership of worldwide operations working capital and free cash flow.
• Author review documents for senior leadership and translate cash movements into clear narratives.
• Own cash capital expenditure forecasting, partnering with regional finance, supply chain and treasury teams.
• Drive automation and process improvement across forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Identify data gaps, determine root causes and escalate as needed, with sound judgment in ambiguity.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners and mentor analysts.
