Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Compliance Analyst II to join our global Network Compliance Team in Cincinnati, OH. You will monitor card brand rules, manage risk signals, and help shape the future of payments by turning data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with internal teams, escalate issues, and implement new processes to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency across business units. This role requires sharp analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of applicable Acquirer Card Brand rules and regulations.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
Identify areas of operational improvement.
Excellent analytical skills with large data sets.
Ability to plan and complete work within tight time constraints.

Responsibilities

Card Brand Excessive Chargeback, Fraud, Card Testing Alerts and escalations.
Card Brand Registrations such as Merchant and Third Parties.
Reporting key metrics, risk indicators and statistics to management.
Perform Data Analysis with Card Brand Programs and impact on the various business units.
Operationalizing new processes while enhancing existing ways of doing business.
Responds promptly to issues and matters pertaining to card brand compliance, internal line of business and customer-facing questions.
