Job summary

Intuit seeks an experienced Senior Manager to monitor and manage Payment Network Rule changes with hands-on expertise in Card Brand rules. You will drive compliance programs, collaborate with Commercial Counsel, Product Compliance, and Product Development, and translate regulatory changes into clear requirements for implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in fintech product compliance.
• 3+ years directly managing Card Brand rule compliance or liaison to card networks.
• Deep knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover rules and updates.
• Experience with NACHA rules, payment processing, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in fast-paced fintech.
• Preferred: PCI or card network certifications; travel 7–10 days/yr.

Responsibilities

• Strategically analyze card network, NACHA, and regulatory changes for business impact.
• Translate rules into actionable guidance for Legal, Compliance, & Policy teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convert changes into product requirements.
• Lead remediation and response strategies for network violations and incidents.
• Oversee key compliance programs and support audits with timely remediations.
