Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance Company is seeking a Global Capital Risk Analyst to support financial analytics, capital forecasting, and strategic decision support across the enterprise. This role partners with Investment Management, Actuarial, ALM, and ERM to drive capital planning for U.S.

and Bermuda entities. You will manage RBC/BSCR forecasts, analyze results, and contribute to capital optimization initiatives while building dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of life insurance industry experience.
• Familiarity with Bermuda capital framework is highly desirable.
• FSA, CPA, or CFA charterholder/candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a continuous forecast of regulatory capital (RBC and BSCR).
• Drive standardization and synergies across RBC and BSCR models to modernize capital planning.
• Analyze actual financial results to identify implications for Guardian’s capital position.
• Develop understanding of asset allocation strategy and its impact on capital outcomes.
• Build capital-related databases and dashboards to enhance transparency and decision support for senior leadership.
