You will coordinate with Lilly teams and external contractors to ensure successful delivery of complex assets and systems, including ASRS and cold storage components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years experience in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing greenfield projects.
• Willingness to relocate and travel outside home state/country.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital asset programs (at least $600MM).
• Coordinate interfaces with Manufacturing, Lab, Administrative, and adjacent site teams to ensure utilities and systems meet milestones.
• Develop safety and environmental execution plans and ensure compliance with policies.
