Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in the same areas.
• 11+ years of experience in one or more of the relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for capital purchases.
• Understand production equipment to optimize cost, space, and processes.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities and drive cost reductions.
• Own project budgets and Total Cost of Ownership for managed categories.
• Build supplier relationships and lead cross-functional teams to consensus.
• Track spend, assess risks, and provide budget analyses for timely decisions.
