Job summary

Amperesand is seeking a Global Supply Manager for Capital Expenditures to own end-to-end sourcing and procurement for the assets that power our growth, from manufacturing equipment and test infrastructure to factory buildouts.

You will partner with manufacturing, finance and engineering to select suppliers, secure the right assets at the right cost, and ensure timely delivery to support rapid scaling of power infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or business.
• Experience leading capital expenditure procurement.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, finance and engineering teams.
• Ensure assets are purchased from the right suppliers at the right cost and on schedule.
• Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations.
