Job summary

VJ X-Ray LLC is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead capital equipment system projects from purchase order to customer acceptance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, schedules and vendor performance, and maintain strong customer relationships across global sites.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, with emphasis on budgeting and commercial terms. Travel up to 20% globally and experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience with at least two (2) years focusing on budgeting, cost management and commercial terms oversight.
• At least two (2) years of experience managing capital equipment projects.
• Experience with an ERP or MRP system.
• Proficiency in establishing, negotiating and monitoring commercial terms and conditions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact and manage customer expectations, communications and satisfaction.
• Review and manage commercial terms against company norms and deviations.
• Ensure designs and deliverables meet scope, specs, and customer requirements.
• Develop budgets and schedules with the project team and monitor progress.
