Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply management, engineering, life science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in capital and indirect parts/services.
• Strong financial and business acumen related to procurement.
• Experience using SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and PowerSteering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital plan and sourcing events to reduce cost, improve schedule adherence, and enhance service and quality.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate competitive bids with business partners.
• Guide the business through the sourcing process and provide tools and processes.
• Develop a centralized category management approach for key equipment.
• Build and develop the global category team.
• Support supplier performance reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with front-line stakeholders and drive procurement tech adoption (SAP, PowerSteering).
• Adhere to CAPEX procurement policies and drive the CAPEX Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with regional procurement teams to execute strategies.
• Identify levers globally and locally.
• Support regional CAPEX labor market and maintenance strategies.
