Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy and Capacity Planning Manager within Google Play Trust and Safety Operational Excellence to direct capacity planning across global reviewer operations. You will partner with Demand Governance, Vendor Management, Operations, and Analytics to translate business priorities into actionable workforce supply models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, workforce management, business strategy, program management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Drive dynamic capacity rebalancing and optimize global reviewer allocation.
Use data analysis and predictive modeling to inform priorities at the executive level.
Analyze the capacity and OpEx effects of AI, automation, and policy launches.
Monitor queue performance, intraday service levels, and scheduling adherence.
Provide impact analyses and identify ongoing productivity and OpEx savings opportunities.
