The role emphasizes cross-organizational leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Anaplan, SQL, and capacity modeling to impact planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years driving outcomes in capacity planning, commercial operations, S&OP, or strategic program management.
• Ability to drive collaborations and manage dependencies during high-growth phases.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience building capacity models and roadmaps in scaled enterprise platforms like Anaplan.
• Proficiency with data querying (SQL) and quantitative modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable processes and own the global framework for capacity planning.
• Navigate ambiguity and align resource strategies with targets and constraints.
• Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure SLA compliance.
• Translate capacity models into executive narratives with P&L implications.
• Identify risks and advocate structural fixes over temporary fixes.
• Conduct technical deep-dives to keep models transparent and verifiable.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deploy models in centralized planning ecosystems.
