Job summary

Waymo is seeking a senior Demand and Supply Planner to lead global forecasts and purchasing for aftermarket parts. You will be the primary contact for service centers on parts topics, coordinating with suppliers and OEM partners to prevent shortages.

You will build forecasting models and prepare analyses for executive reviews, working closely with warehousing and 3PL teams in a hybrid role. The role requires a BA/BS with 10+ years in high-tech or automotive settings, strong quantitative skills,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 10+ years of work experience in demand and supply planning or similar roles.
• Strong quantitative thinking and analytic ability.
• Strategic thinking with project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, adaptable to perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast global demand and plan purchasing for aftermarket/service parts to minimize downtime.
• Serve as first contact for Waymo service centers on aftermarket parts topics.
• Communicate supply plans to suppliers and align on fulfillment to avoid shortages.
• Build complex models and AI agents for forecasting and analyses for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with Warehousing and 3PL to ensure close planning-warehousing collaboration.
